11月3日自维多利亚洲SMP开始，G3 DRC已停止。

　　目前递交DRC后都会收到相同的回复。多少出乎预料之外，布里斯本那些负责DRC的team估计要放假，或解散分拆到别的组了。

　　G2总共才能有多少申请

　　按照移民局上次发给MIA的信中提到，只要是没有分到CO的，DRC都会暂停。不仅仅是维多利亚洲。还有老IT的同学们，不用再申请评估和等待移民局和ACS评估结果了。

　　政策的一波三折，对IT的不公平

　　悲痛之后，也希望大家看到未来的光明。大家不用特别悲观。首先G2的名额2万4，按照目前DRC的高效率来说，用不了多久就可以审理完成。

　　审理完G2后，G3仍有机会开放DRC模式。

　　DRC在试行的这段时间以来，如移民局所说大大提高了工作效率，避免过去那种移民官申完材料还要和申请者沟通要补什么材料，如何来补交，补过来的材料可能还会有误，还要再沟通。这种来来回回，完全是不必要的人力浪费和无效成本。同时避免很多申请者为了早日排队将不完整的申请递交，人为的增加移民局审理成本。目前485，雇主担保等其他类别的签证，都模仿GSM 开通了DRC模式。所以在审理完G2的申请之后，移民局仍有可能开放G3的DRC模式。同理，如果开始审理G4的话估计也会DRC。

　　既然有了高效DRC模式，没有理由退回到原来的低效率模式。

　　Changes to the Decision Ready Checklist processing for eLodged GSM application processed in Brisbane

　　The introduction of State Migration Plans (SMP) has impacted on what applications can be lodged under the Brisbane eGSM Decision Ready Checklist Trial (DRC).

　　The SMP for Victoria became effective from 3 November 2010 and the Department is required to give any GSM applications under this SMP or any other SMP that comes into effect, priority over those with a lower priority.

　　This will result in a limiting of the DRC from 3 November 2010 to applications that are Priority 2 (i.e. GSM applications under an SMP) or are not affected by the Ministers Priority Processing Directions.

　　Applications that have already been allocated to case officers under DRC or any other arrangements will continue to be processed to finality. Any Priority 3 applications not yet allocated will only be allocated to case officers when all Priority 2 applications have been allocated, these would be allocated based on date of visa application.

　　Your DRC for applicant falls within the above

　　changes and has not been allocated to a case officer. This application will be allocated when all Priority 2 applications have been finalised.
