　　一、魁省投资移民新决定：

　　1.魁省将在香港时间10月15日中午12:00(魁北克时间是10月14日晚上)停止接收投资移民申请。

　　2.魁省计划将本周接收的新申请数量限制在500个，在已接收到500个申请的时候，有可能提前终止接收新申请。

　　二、重要时间点：

　　1.截止时间是以移民局收到申请时候的“received”的邮戳时间为准，而不是以寄出邮戳为准，如果申请到达移民局的签收时间超过最后期限，申请将被退回。

　　2.魁省香港移民局本周五中午就将关闭，也就意味着，在本周五中午之后到达移民局的申请，将被退回。

　　3.蒙特利尔移民局接收新申请的期限也是周五中午。

　　The Government of Québec announced today that due to the enormous volume of files received since the closing of the Federal Program and due to the fact that the effective date of the new program as announced by the Government of Canada this summer remains unknown, it is forced to stop accepting files under the current program.

　　Québec files under the current Regulation will be accepted until October 15,at noon (12:00 pm) or until reaching a total number of 500 files starting today, whichever comes first.

　　The same deadline applies for files submitted to Hong Kong and files submitted to Montréal: 12 pm HKT (Thursday midnight Montréal time) and 12 pm EDT. Files have to be received by the respective BIQ by that date; the postmark date will not be considered. Applications will be stamped for proof of submission. Those submitting files in person will be admitted until 12 pm,doors will be closed thereafter.

　　The Government will cease to receive files once it attains 500 files, even if this occurs prior to the Friday deadline. Please note that the cut-off at 500 files includes files from both Hong Kong and Montréal offices and applies to all financial intermediaries.
