China Working Holiday Scheme

　　The operational policy for the China Working Holiday Scheme has been amended. Applicants are now required to have their senior high school qualification (gao zhong xue li) verified by the China Academic DeGREes and Graduate Education Development Centre (CDGDC) at their own cost, and provide the evidence together with the qualification. In addition, an applicant’s proficiency in English is deemed to be at least functional if they can provide a certificate from the International English Language Testing System (ielts), showing they achieved an average level of 5.5 over the four components of the test.

　　从2010年10月起，对于申请人来说，假日工作签证的要求有了以下两点的重要变化：

　　雅思的分数由原来的≥4.0变成平均分要求≥5.5

　　高中学历必须预先由教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心认证
