2009年，澳洲移民政策讯息万变，山雨欲来风满楼，许多留学生毕业后感到彷徨，无助，在此，提供一些资讯给各位毕业或即将毕业的留学生朋友们。学完两年的在澳留学生们，如果雅思没考到四个七，在绝大多数情况下，无法把移民分打到120分。也因为这一点，移民条例中创设了时效18个月的485签证。相比之下，885、886或者175、176则被称作PR。
     毕业后移民分达不到120分，本人经过研究移民法相关法律条款和移民政策，在此提供一条申请pr的捷径方法，叫雇主提名，签证分别为ENS856。还有RSMS857,这两个签证都是一步到位。
     许多人说，留学生毕业以后没有工作经验，只能申请工作签证457。等拿了457签证两年后方能有机会申请856签证。有人还说，移民部的网站上也是这么说的。但是移民法的条款，在特殊情况下，都可以豁免相关的要求，没有工作经验也可以直接申请永居856签证。 什么是这特殊的情况呢？
      移民局官方政策指出，当提名人拥有合适的文凭，并通过职业评估，但是没有3年工作经验，而提名职业属于MODL职业列表中的，则在雇主支持的情况下，申请人有机会一步到位，直接申请并获得永居856签证。1.Where a nominee has qualifications that have been assessed as equivalent to the Australian standard by the appropriate assessing body in Australia, but does not have 3 years post-qualification full-time work experience, exceptional circumstances might be considered in regards to the 3 years post-qualification equirement.2.In seeking exceptional circumstances, the employer can provide details of why the position is so unusual or highly specialised that a suitably qualified employee with 3 years post-qualification experience cannot be found.3.The 3 years post-qualification requirement may be considered exceptional and be waived where the occupation being nominated is on the Migration occupations in Demand List(MODL). 什么条件才能直接申请856呢？基本条件有：
1、Diploma或者更高学历，（不要求2年FULL TIMEN学习）
2、雅思至少4个5以上（不要求4个6）
3、提名职业在MODL上
