今年3月底及5月初两次F1被拒，地点：美国广州领事馆，正准备三签。

两次拒签理由均为移民倾向。第二次时要求签证官给出拒签的具体原因，一开始他不讲，后来在略为不得已的情况下，告诉我：第一年学费来源于后两年的INTERNSHIP,那就是工作。我的申辩未起作用，悻悻离去。

之所以没有继续力争，是因为我之前说了：只想要知道真相，不会耽误他的时间；此外，他也确实不给我机会，甚至连美国参议员应学校之邀为INTERNSHIP写给大使馆的解释信都不看。我当时手里还有学校致大使馆的信，说明INTERNSHIP是研究生级课程及获得学位的必要部分。

他宣布拒绝之前，我们交流得很好，他很友善。我原以为会成功了。

面谈情况：
第一次，对专业和当前工作描述的不好。我对这两个问题没有做准备，相关术语都没有表达出来，公司的catalogue竟也没带。精心准备了自认为弱项的方面，以免移民倾向。最后，vo要留我一些材料，我问她要留哪些，她又改主意不要了。自己判断，她认为我不能完成学业。

第二次：问题及语气相当友善，去什么学校？学什么专业？在美国呆多久？工资是多少？公司名称？职务？你到了美国，太太怎么办？没要我手中的任何东西，边问边按顺序看i20表，目光移到第8、9项，突然说不能发给我签证。

下面把I20表的内容写出来：

回来之后，我有一点醒悟：他否决了I20表的合法性。他有没有这个权利？他在拒签纪录上是不是这样写的。（这样写当然最好）
（1）谁能帮我做三签建议 ！！！
（2）有哪位在伊拉克战争及非典期间被拒，非典后成功的！！！
